Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Tumpy Green Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
£22.50/30min session (up to 4 horses). If you would like the Arena for an hour, please book 2 sessions.
By making your booking, you are confirming that you have read and understood the information sheet and disclaimer.
Please note that BODY PROTECTORS are COMPULSORY when jumping the solid fences on the canter loop.
We want everyone to have a great time, but please be aware that you are responsible for your own safety. We do not accept liability for any accidents, injury, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle, your companions or your belongings whatsoever or however caused.
• All riders must have their own personal and public liability insurance and have suitable skills to jump fixed and unfixed (show-jump) fences.
• All riders are required to wear suitable footwear with defined heels and riding hats conforming to the current British quality standard for riding hats.
• Riders under the age of 18 will not be permitted to use the arena unless accompanied by an adult.
• No lone riders will be permitted to use the arena, unless by prior arrangement with the centre.
• All riders (parents/guardians of riders aged under 18) are required to sign a declaration prior to riding the course stating that they have read and fully understand the course rules and agree to abide by them.
• Riders are requested to report any damaged/broken jumps immediately.
• All children should be closely supervised.
• Dogs should be kept on leads at ALL times.
• All jumps must be jumped in the direction they are flagged, red flag to the right. Show-jumps must be jumped in a safe manner, with ground poles (if used) on the approaching side of the fence. Oxers must be jumped with the highest pole at the back. All jumps must be checked by the hirer before use.
• Parking: Please use the designated, sign-posted, lorry and trailer park, not the car park.
• Access: Please access the competition arena through the car park and behind the isolation stables, then follow the track around the back of the indoor school. Access to the arena is through the field with the tracks in, not the part-covered arena.

1. You must have your own appropriate personal and public liability insurance and be suitably skilled to jump fixed and non-fixed fences.
2. When mounted, all riders must wear a body protector (compulsory for fixed fences, recommended for show-jumps and non-fixed fences) and a riding hat (with no fixed peak for fixed fences) conforming to the current approved standard. Riders should have full control of their horse at all times and be appropriately skilled to ride safely ride jumps.

5. Please be considerate of other horses and riders. Only one horse per fence at a time. If riding in groups or pairs, horses should follow one behind the other and NOT jump 2 abreast.
6. Only tackle fences that are within your and your horse’s capability.
7. Please report any problems or damage to us immediately, so that we can keep the course safe and to its current high standard.
8. Please pick up all horse and dog muck and place it in the designated area. Please ensure that the area around your transport is clean and tidy, please tidy and take any hay.
These rules are important to ensure everyone’s safety. By signing this disclaimer, you are agreeing to abide by these rules. An adult must sign for any rider under 18 years of age and remains completely responsible for their safety and actions at all times. You also accept full liability for the actions and safety of any spectators that accompany you. You agree that you will walk the course on foot initially to familiarise yourself with the current ground conditions and to make yourself aware of any ditches, drains, or other obstacles and will do this at every visit, prior to using the course. You agree that you will only jump flagged jumps, all jumps must only be jumped in the direction which they are flagged. You accept that you will ride the course and use the jumps entirely at your own risk and that your horse and companions on foot are your responsibility.
I understand that by booking the competition arena, this becomes the basis of a contract between myself and Tumpy Green Competition Centre. I confirm that I am happy to accept the rules stated above and to abide by them. I acknowledge that my failure to comply will result in me being asked to leave.
