permit. Combinations taking part in classes 24 – 27 may not enter classes 19 – 22 and vice versa.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Inkberrow Horse Show.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Rosettes to 6th Place, sashes to all winners for all classes. Prizes where stated.
In the event that the competition has to be cancelled, the entry fee will be refunded minus a £4 admin fee.
1. The Show Committee and Landowner do not accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, damage,
injury or illness to any person, animal or property whatsoever arising out of this show.
2. The decision of the Judges is final
3. Objections must be handed to the secretary within 30 minutes of the incident with £100 deposit. The
deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
4. Refunds will only be given on production of a valid Veterinary or Doctor’s certificate 14 days prior to the
show. A fee of £4 for admin will be held by the show.
5. The Committee reserves the right to alter or cancel any class and to refuse any entry.
6. First aid cover will be £2 per competitor to assist with the cost of the First Aid Cover.
7. Anyone mounted must wear hats complying with standard PAS015 (2011), VG1 01.040 2014-12 provided
they are BSI kitemarked or Inspec IC Mark. It is recommended that everyone (especially 16yrs and under)
showing in hand must also wear a hard hat as above with a secure fitting chin strap. Body protectors are
recommended.
8. Horses must only be walking on the showground unless they are in the collecting ring to warm up.
9. Galloping is strictly forbidden.
10. Jackets and proper riding boots must be worn in the showing ring.
11. No misuse of the whip will be allowed.
12. Any outside assistance, bad language to other competitors, judges or officialswill incur elimination.
13. All dogs must be kept on a lead and cleared up after. Please note Rush Farm is a working farm with livestock
around.
14. The practice fence must only be jumped in the direction flagged and at the appropriate height for the class.
15. Competitors are responsible for having their own insurance in place.
16. No stallion to be led or ridden by any person under 16years.
17. If you are competing or attending on your own then it is your responsibility to ensure the secretary has a
contact detail for your preferred person in case of emergency.
18. All horses and ponies must have had a vaccination certificate issued with the last 12 months. This must be
available for inspection should it be required.
19. Please ensure all rubbish and muck is taken home.
20. In the event that the competition has to be cancelled, the entry fee will be refunded minus a £4 admin fee.
21. It is the competitor’s responsibility to keep in contact with the show to ensure they do not miss a class if
classes are running slightly ahead from the approximate timetable issued prior to the show.
No refunds will be issued if you were to miss a class.
