Payment is secure and it goes directly to Chertsey Agricultural Show.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment.

Entry Fee: £10.00 per Class
First Aid Fee: £5.00 per Rider per day

Late Entry Fee: £4.00

Refreshments:

 We will having plenty of yummy food & drinks stands on show day.

There will also be a large trade stand village.

Withdrawals/Refunds
A full refund will be given if a class is cancelled.
Entry fees will only be fully refunded on production of a Veterinary or Doctor's certificate at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the show. Late requests for a refund will be at the discretion of the Horse Show Secretary and will only be a percentage of the entry fee.

Terms & Conditions
1. No entry will be accepted without the appropriate fee.
2. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without explanation.
3. A full refund will be given if a class is cancelled.
4. Entry fees will only be fully refunded on production of a Veterinary or Doctor's certificate at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the show. Late requests for a refund will be at the discretion of the Horse Show Secretary and will only be a percentage of the entry fee.
5. The committee reserve the right to vary the order or composition of the schedule according to circumstances or to cancel or amalgamate any class in which there are less than 6 entries.
6. All horses and ponies must have their passports present, any without will not be permitted to compete and will be asked to leave the showground.
7. Correct headgear MUST be worn by all riders at all times while on the showground.
8. Horses and ponies when not competing must be kept strictly to the horse lines, collecting rings, exercising areas and horse walks.
9. All ridden & driven exhibits must be 4 years old or over.
10. Objections, which will be heard by the members of the Executive Committee present on the ground, must be made in writing to the Secretary and accompanied by a deposit of £50, within 30 minutes of the incident giving rise to the objection. The deposit will be forfeited unless the objection is upheld or the Committee considers that there were reasonable grounds for it to be made. Only the owner, his authorised agent or the competitor is entitled to lodge an objection.
11. No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants of animals in connection with or arising out of the show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such accidents.
12. The Judge's decisions final. Only officially presented objections will be considered (as described in rule 10).
13. Riders attending the show unaccompanied must carry contact details of a responsible person in case of emergency.
14. No electrical fencing to be used without permission of the Horse Show Secretary.

Entry fee includes:
Two passes to the Chertsey Show per horse per entry
Rosettes: 1st - 6th place in each class
There will be no admission to the showground without a pass.
