We are happy to announce we will be running a One Day Event! We have a brand new selection of 60cm jumps so can offer a fantastic first class for the smaller rider, novice/nervous rider, young horse etc. This will be a welcoming course and Class 1: will not have any ditches and will only have a run through the water.
This will be a fun confidence building event, held on our all weather surfaces, ideal for those new to ODE’s! Each phase will be held within our 6 all-weather arenas including our brand new 12,000m2 cross country arena incorporating the water complex, ditches, steps and lots and lots of amazing new cross country fences! The format will be to first ride your dressage test. There will be approx half an hour gap to change tack etc then you will ride the SJ fences, followed almost immediately by the Cross Country Section. (This second phase can be ridden in SJ or XC gear - body protectors are compulsory for both disciplines)
There may be a photographer onsite during the event, details will be available on the day. Competitors must provide their own number bibs, number inserts will be available to collect from the office on the day. Entries close 48 Hours prior to competition; late entries may be accepted by phone with card payment and will incur an additional charge of £5.00 per class. BODY PROTECTORS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON THE CROSS COUNTRY COURSE. THIS IS MANDATORY AND WOULD REMIND ALL RIDERS THAT THERE IS A NEW BE RULE REQUIRING LEVEL 3 BLUE BETA 2018 STANDARD TO BE WORN. THE PURPLE BETA 2009 IS NO LONGER PERMITTED AND MUST BE REPLACED BY MONDAY 8TH APRIL 2024. We highly recommend that hats and body protectors are up to current british standards whilst competing (BE/PC/RC)
