PRIZES AND LOYALTY CARD
Rosettes 1st to 6th place for Bronze, Silver and Gold sections in each class.
Prizemoney for class 1-8: 1st Price = £21 (minimum of 5 starters); 2nd Prize = £18 (minimum of 9 starters) and 3rd Prize = £15 (minimum of 13 starters).
Prizemoney for class 9-10: 1st Price = £23 (minimum of 5 starters); 2nd Prize = £19 (minimum of 9 starters) and 3rd Prize = £15 (minimum of 13 starters).

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For the measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards. We strongly recommend that body protectors are worn. By entering an event at Topthorn Arena, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please see our venue or website for a full copy.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Topthorn Arena and those acting on behalf of Topthorn Arena may take photos during events. It is the responsibility of those attending to notify us when entering if you do not wish for any of your images or results to be shared on our website or social media accounts.

RESPECT
We want all competitors and spectators to enjoy their visit to Topthorn. This site is also our home so please respect the venue by not leaving litter, muck or bedding anywhere on the site. Thank you.

New Covid 19 Rules
No spectators. We are allowing each rider, 1 groom per horse. This must include your driver and you must all travel in the same vehicle.
Social distancing government guidelines must apply at all times on site.
We will have a one-way system in and out of the indoor arena.
We will only be allowing 6 people in the warmup arena at one time. Allowing at least 40-minute warm up.
There will be parking bay marked out on the lorry park to abide by the social distancing rules. These are not big enough to tie your horses up outside the lorry. We also have additional parking in the field on grass.
All results from the day will be posted on Facebook later that day.
Tests will be available to collect from outside the office after the class. Prize money will be BACS. Any sheets not collected can be posted to help avoid people waiting around as we are asking people to leave as soon as possible once you are done.
There is hand sanitizer around the site please make sure you use it.
You must remain in your vehicle between tests.
For this to run competitors must understand that the rules in place are for everyone’s safety and that a zero tolerance will be in place for any individual found to breach them will be asked to leave the site.
