Rules & Regulations of Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre
· The Show Organisers reserve the right to cancel, add or amend any of the Competitions as they see fit.
· All classes listed in this schedule will be judged in accordance with the current BD rule book.
· Unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show Organiser with a contact telephone number in case of emergency.
· All entries must include the relevant registration numbers or Associate numbers.
· If a person lodges an objection, such an objection should be made in writing, and a £100 deposit paid to the Secretary within half an hour of the event. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is sustained
· Neither Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre, nor any of their representatives or Staff shall in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss whatsoever caused to anyone. Whether competing, servant, spectator, horse or horse vehicle or property, however caused in connection with or arising out of the show.
· The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without reason.
· The decision of the Judge is final.
· Competitors must wear correct riding clothes including protective head covering. Any person on the show ground must wear protective headgear whilst riding.
· Hard hats must be worn with PAS 015 (2011) with a kitemark
· VG1 with a kitemark, ASTM F1163: 2004 onwards with a SEI mark
· SNELL E2016 with a SNELL label and number
· AS/NZS 3838, from 2006 onwards
· There are no stewards so it is up to the competitor to make sure they are on time for their test.
· The expense of any veterinary services rendered either at or after the show must be borne by the competitor or owner of the stock.
· Dogs to be on leads at all times.
· Health & Safety – Reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the Health & Safety of persons present. For these measures to be effective all Competitors and/or Spectators must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all the Officials.
· Classes will not be held up, if you do not turn up your entry will be forfeited.
· A late entry fee will be payable from a week before the competition.
· Once entered, entries can be moved to a future month until the Thursday before the show by emailing shows@snowballfarm.co.uk.
· Any point not covered may be referred to the Secretary, whose decision is final.
· If a Competitor enters a class it will be assumed they wish to compete.
· Those who withdraw in writing before the closing date will have their entry fee, less an administration fee of £4 per Class refunded. Entry fees in any other circumstances will not be refunded unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient entries. Charges for entering online will be not refunded in any circumstances.
