Entries can close 5 days before any clinic
If not enough takers the groups may be combined
Payment must be in advance, no refunds unless a replacement can be found.
All riders must wear a skull cap and body protector confirming to current standards
All Riders must be accompanied by another responsible person (who may be mounted or unmounted) who must have access to a mobile telephone in order to summon assistance in the event of an emergency.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

A skull cap conforming to the latest hat standards and a body protector MUST be worn when mounted.
By entering this training session you agree to all the terms and conditions of both Twesledown and Horsham & District RC

1. Neither Tweseldown Ltd. Nor anyone in their employ is available during the day on the course and accordingly all those who wish to school their horse/pony do so entirely at their own risk. 2. Tweseldown Ltd., for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Cross Country Course do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with the Cross Country Course or otherwise however. 3. It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Cross Country Course that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parent or accompanying adult also agree that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury to damage that is implicit in riding a horse on, over or near a Cross Country Course. 4. Anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on the Cross Country Course. 5. All those wishing to use the Cross Country Corse are advised to wear appropriate protective equipment in accordance with British Eventing guidelines, principally riding hats to meet current British Standards, body protectors and boots with heels.
