Access to warm up strictly for 30mins prior to test times, cool down 5 mins following test - maximum 6 horses in outdoor arena at any one time. Each rider may bring one additional person with them per horse entered to assist only. No assistants in the warm up or competition arena, although a caller will be permitted during the test. Social distancing and personal hygiene must be strictly adhered to. Any deviations from government guidelines will result in being asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given. Follow any directions on site at all times. Usual terms and conditions apply. BD Covid regulations also apply, including vaccination policy.
Results will be available online at the end of the day and sheets/rosettes will be posted to competitors, therefore please bring a SAE envelope and post in the box in reception.
Café open for takeaway drinks, snacks and light meals.
The secretary's office will be closed. Any issues on site please attract the attention of a member of uniformed staff and we will come outside to assist.
These competitions are going to be slightly different than usual, so we can adhered to government guidelines Re: Covid 19 and keeping everybody safe.
