Entries are only accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards 3. The judge's decision is final. Any competitor lodging an objection must do so in writing and deposit the sum of £10 with the Secretary within 10 minutes of the Class having been judged, and in the event of the objection not being upheld, will forfeit the deposit. 4. Late entries will be accepted on the day at £2.00 extra. However as entries for some classes may need to be restricted, early entry is recommended. 5. Organisers reserve the right to vary the order of composition of the schedule according to circumstances if necessary. 6. No entry fees will be returned without a vet's or doctor's certificate within a week of the Show. 7. DOGS MUST BE ON A SHORT LEAD AT ALL TIMES 8. Hard hats must be worn at all times by riders whilst mounted within the show- ground. Pony Club Members must wear PAS 015:1998 or 2011 with BSI kitemark, Snell E2001, AS/NZS 3838 1998 or AS/NZS 3838 2003. 9. No jewellery allowed including earrings, etc. 10. No horse or pony under 4 years old to be entered. 11. Competitors wishing to enter any class on a leading rein may not take part in any other class unled. All lead reins must be attached to a cavesson noseband.
In the case of cancellation due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances £5.00 will be kept from each entrant for administrative costs.
