Terms & Conditions

On entering the show you agree to abide by the following rules:
1 This show is affiliated to the WP&CS and run in accordance with the societies rules and regulations. All exhibits must be registered with the WP&CS and foals eligible for registration. The registration details of each exhibit must be given in full and ALL stallions MUST have a stallion license. 2 No entry shall be accepted without the correct entry fee. All details on the entry form must be clear and legible. Entry forms must be signed by the owner/exhibitor. Entries received after the closing date shall be returned. 3 The show committee reserve the right to refuse entry by any person at their discretion. All exhibitors, owners and spectators shall abide by the requests of the show committee at all times, any persons found to be causing or likely to give rise to a disturbance shall be asked to leave the showground. 4 No persons may deliberately enter and show an exhibit under a judge who is known to have bred, owned, sold or produced that exhibit. 5 The judges decision in all cases is final. The committee reserves the right to change or substitute judges without warning as organisational needs arise. 6 Classes may be cancelled, amalgamated or divided at the discretion of the show committee. Any cancellation, amalgamation or division of classes will be announced on day of show. ENTRY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED 7 Any person riding a horse/pony on the showground MUST wear a suitably fitted hat that complies to British Standard specifications. 8 Gwent Area Association or any of its officers servants or assistants shall be in any way responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person, animal or property in connection with or arising from the show. 9 It is a condition of entry that all exhibits shall indemnify the show and all its officials against any action, proceedings, claims, etc. in relation to or arising out of his/her entries in the show. Exhibitors should ensure they are adequately covered by Third Party Insurance. 10 Any persons wishing to lodge a complaint shall do so in writing to the Secretary within 30mins of the class being judged with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited to the funds of the show if the same is not sustained 11 NO ANIMAL SHALL BE PERMITTED ON THE SHOWGROUND WITH ANY SIGNS OF DISEASE
