Payment is secure and it goes directly to Chilworth Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your membership and payment.

MEMBERSHIP FEES: FULL MEMBER: £29.00 NON-RIDING MEMBER: £18.00

Terms & Conditions

The Committee does review all new applications and reserves the right to decline any membership application if it is considered in the best interest of the Club.
Please note members must have obtained their 17th birthday.
Receipt of your membership fee, or renewal via My Riding Life is taken as your acceptance of the club rules in line with BRC rules and GDPR notice.

Chilworth Riding Club takes the privacy of our members data seriously and will only use your personal data/pictures for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership and the Club’s activities. Only the official Committee Members will be able to access your details. More information about how we look after your data/pictures can be found in our full ‘Privacy Policy’.
As a British Riding Club affiliated Club we will provide your name, contact details and date of birth to the BRC to administer your membership of the BRC. The BRC will use your data to communicate with you about your membership.
We need to process your data/pictures for the following reasons:
• Processing of membership forms and payments;
• Sharing data with committee members to provide information about club activities, membership renewals or invitations to social events;
• Club newsletter promoting club activity;
• Publishing of competition results;
• Sharing data with Club event organisers to administer training sessions;
• Sharing data with Team Managers and Equestrian Event Organiser Websites to organise entries to events;
• Sending information about promotions or fundraising.
• Use for health and safety ie, in the event of an accident we may pass on details to Government Agencies or medical practitioners.
• Publishing of articles about Club events in a local or national Newspaper and/or Riding Magazine.

You have the right to:
• Be removed from the list;
• See what information CRC stores on you;
• Have your history deleted;
• Change your details.
