SHOW JUMPING: Competitors must put their number down on the board outside the ring during course walk. Anyone failing to declare will be eliminated. Single phase competition. 3 refusals on course or a fall of horse or rider will result in elimination.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE RULES
1) All ages as of 1st January of the current year 2) All ridden exhibits to be 4yrs old and over. 3) All STALLIONS AND COLTS over the age of 2 MUST be shown in a suitable bridle with a stallion disk. To be handled by competent handlers 16yrs and over. 4) Any exhibit, horse or human the exhibits dangerous or unruly behaviour will be asked to leave. 5) All dogs must be kept on leads and mess picked up. 6) All objections must be made in writing accompanied by a £50 deposit within 30 minutes of the incident which will be returned if the complaint is upheld. 7) Riding hats to the latest BHS standards and correct footwear must be worn at all times when mounted. Riding hats must be worn by all children under 10 inhand 8) It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers and landowners and their agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, spectators, their property, servants or horses and ponies however caused on the showground. 9) The organisers reserve the right to retain a proportion of the entry fee for administration purposes in the event of a cancellation of competition. 10) All competitors and/or owners must have their own insurance which includes suitable public liability. 11) The instructions of show officials and stewards must be always obeyed. 12) Entry fees will not be returned unless a vet or doctors’ certificate is provided. 13) Should any exhibit show signs of any contagious disease within 7 days after the show, we ask that you contact the organiser immediately. This can be done anonymously.
