Description of School: 60m x 25m Martin Collins clopf surface
Mirrors for training at C end
When booking the school without jumps the jumps will be set to the sides and the whole school will be clear.  Short white boards are positioned at the letters for your use if required.  Remember to position two and a half meters in from perimeter for a competition size arena as the school is 25m wide. For a 20m x 40m there are letters painted on the railings so the white boards can be positioned easily if required.  As a general rule there will be a show jump course up on Saturday and Sunday and the arena will be clear for the rest of the week
There are no flood lights, please bare this in mind when booking
If weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe to school it is up to the person booking to contact the secretary for a schooling credit. We will endeavour to give notice where possible in these circumstances.
When booking in groups please be aware that the car park has limited space so travel together where possible.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to The Oaks Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£20/horse and rider/hour. £10/additional horse and rider (up to 4 per hour)


Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please note The Oaks Equestrian operates a cancellation policy of 48hrs notice. The Oaks Equestrian cannot refund bookings with notice of less than 48hrs nor can these bookings be amended or transferred to future dates. The Oaks Equestrian will refund* any bookings within the 48hr period which are supported by a copy of a valid veterinary or doctors certificate which must be supplied prior to refunding. *excluding MRL online £1.50 booking fee and a centre admin fee of £5.

The Oaks Equestrian Covid-19 Statement Regarding School Hire In the effort to minimise risks of the spread of Covid-19 We are continually monitoring BEF guidance and updating accordingly and have added the following to our terms and conditions to ensure all hirers follow the current NHS advice on social distancing.
1. All bookings must be made and paid for online before use so we can regulate numbers and adhere to social distancing measures. No exceptions to this rule
2.There will be 15min intervals between slots to enable previous hirers to vacate the premises
3. Only one person will be permitted to accompany hirers at this time and we also ask anyone feeling unwell with cold type symptoms and a temperature do not attend.
4. Please bring your own sanitiser and use before and after using the facilities. There are no toilets and the stable yard is strictly out of bounds.

1. The Land owner does not accept liability for any accident, illness or damage to horses, owners, spectators, or any person or property whatsoever. 2. There is CCTV but for the security of your belongings and the safety of your horses please keep the main gate closed and remember to take your hay/droppings home with you 3. All areas other than the car park and entrance to the school are out of bounds so remember to bring your own water. 4. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult 5. Riding hats to the latest BHS standards and correct footwear must be worn at all times when mounted 6. Please lead horses up and down the school track and mount and dismount in the school (there is a mounting block) 7. If you move any jumps around please put them back as you found them 8. Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on leads 9. Any lungeing with prior permission only 10. No horses to be tied to fencing/gates etc
