Entries Open: Friday 16th April . Entries Close: Friday 7th May (or earlier if classes are full)
XC Courses: Courses will be similar for the BE event preceding this and including an 80cm course.
SJ Courses: Courses will be similar to the BE event, with heights as stated.

Entries available on line at www.bede-events.co.uk. Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis, and once classes are full the class will be closed and a waiting list held.

Entry Fee: £70 for Pre Intro, £72 for Intro and Pre Novice

NO START FEE!

Prizes in kind and rosettes will be available for collection from the info point at on site. 

Withdrawals: All withdrawals by Friday 21st May. If replaced entry fees will be refunded minus a £15 admin charge up to this date, thereafter, no refund will be made.

2 Any objection must be made within 15 minutes of completion of class, and accompanied with a £20 deposit.
3 The organisers reserve the right to amalgamate or cancel any classes if there are insufficient entries
4 Horses/ponies must be 4 years old or older.
5 Please note the BE hat rule that protective headwear to BE specification must be worn at all times by competitors in all classes.

The Organisers wish to thank all the volunteers and helpers who have supported this event. Without their assistance, there would be no event and competitors should remember their generosity when speaking to jump judges and stewards. The committee wish all the helpers, spectators and competitors a successful and enjoyable day.

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses ,owners, riders, spectators ,land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
