Entries close Monday 15 February 2021 - Unless already full. For Pony Club Members ONLY
HORSE/RIDER combinations entering for any of the Spring Festival qualifying classes are not allowed to enter Classes 1 or 2
All arenas run concurrently; if you enter more than one class times may not be in class order
Commanders are allowed in all classes

Working in will be on the 60m x 27m outdoor surface
Please will competitors report to the Tack Check Steward 15 minutes before the time allotted for their test

Numbers will be strictly limited, so to avoid disappointment early entry is advised.

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. All persons entering the showground shall be bound by these Rules and Conditions of Entry. 2. The Judge’s decision is final. 3. The Organisers reserve the right to alter any part of the Schedule or to refuse entries without stating the reasons. 4. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be returned, less an administration fee of £5.00 per competitor, to offset costs. 5. Please read all rules for Pony Club Dressage/Spring Festival in the 2020/2021 Pony Club Dressage Rule Book or Spring Festival Rules on the Pony Club web site www.pcuk.org. A copy of the Rule Book will be held with the Secretary on the day of the competition. 6. Any objection should be made in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £10.00. After due consideration of the objection, the judge’s decision is final. 7. Once times are published, there will be NO REFUND of any entry fees, unless your place can be filled. 8. Securely fastened hard hats must be worn at all times by everyone when mounted. Hats should be tagged and must conform to Pony Club Rules 2021. All hats to be checked when collecting numbers. Dark blue, black or brown hats only. 9. No horse or pony may be ridden more than once in a class. 10. Horses or ponies must be over four years old on the day of the competition. 11. No galloping anywhere on the showground, riders must only walk their horses/ponies in the car park. No lungeing on show ground. 12. Dogs must be on leads at all times.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

COMPETITORS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO MUCK OUT HORSE BOXES ON THE SHOWGROUND AND TO PICK UP HORSES’ DROPPINGS AND HAY FROM THE CAR PARK
