Strict COVID-19 Safety Measures are in place and all guidance instructions issued by C-19 Compliance Officers will be fully adhered to. Last minute changes to classes and entry restrictions may need to be made to adhere to those guidelines. Our priority is the safety of everyone at the event. Warm up Outside Arena - Compete Indoor Arena - Classes in consecutive order - Both arenas rubber & sand Yeomans Food Bar on site - Following COVID-19 Government guidelines. No skipping lorries out in parking area, pickup all mess before leaving and NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ALL. EHV-1 Outbreak in Europe Due to the EHV-1 outbreak in Europe, British Dressage are implementing a new self-certification process for riders to declare that their horses are healthy and have not been in contact with any others showing signs of infectious disease. Every horse attending any show, clinic, training event or activity between 29 March and 12 April 2021 is required to complete the declaration form as it is now a condition of entry. That includes all unaffiliated events too. The form should be completed by the rider or owner of the horse and submitted by email to debbie@thecroftec.co.uk 24 hours before arrival at the venue. Failure to submit a declaration form before arrival will unfortunately result in the entry being forfeited and the horse will not be allowed on to the venue. Download form Here

- The decision of the Judges, Secretary and Stewards is final. The Show is run under British Dressage Rules.
- Once a competitors entry has been accepted it will be assumed that they intend to take part unless they notify the promoters to the contrary before the closing date. A full refund (not including the booking fee) less an admin fee totalling the Paypal fee charged for the booking (PayPal Fee is 2.9% of total paid, plus 30p per transaction).will be issued if before the closing date.
- No entry fee will be refunded on withdrawal after the closing date, unless a veterinary or medical certificate is produced not later than 4 days after the event (not including the booking fee) and less an admin fee totalling the Paypal fee charged for the booking (PayPal Fee is 2.9% of total paid, plus 30p per transaction)..
- Entries in some cases will be limited, and if after the closing date entries are over-subscribed, a random ballot will operate. Waiting lists will be kept for all over-subscribed classes. Classes may start early and might also run into the evening.
- The promoters reserve the right to cancel, split or re-arrange any class, and/or the event at their discretion. - Correct riding attire must be worn by all Riders. In particular, everyone mounted, whether a competitor or not, must wear an approved riding hat as per British Dressage Rules: www.britishdressage.co.uk/rules. Failure to do so will incur elimination.
- No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, their property, servants, or horses in connection with, or arising out of this event. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such an incident.
- The promoters reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving any reason whatsoever.
- An objection to the result of any class may only be made by an owner, his authorised agent or rider of a horse competing in the event. Any such person must make his objection in writing to the Secretary within 30 minutes of that objection and pay a £10 deposit, returnable within 7 days if the objections upheld.
- Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
- Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- The promoters reserve the right to ask any competitor or visitor in breach of these terms and conditions, to leave the grounds immediately.
- The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.
- Smoking is not permitted whilst mounted, or in either the outdoor or indoor arenas, or inside any buildings.
- The promoters will be taking photographs and videos during our events and these may be posted on our website and Facebook page and used for marketing purposes.

- NO DOGS ALLOWED ON CROFT EQUESTRIAN CENTRE PROPERTY AT ALL!!!!
