If using ‘SatNav’, ensure you use the postcode NR9 5GA and access the College along Dereham Road, there is a signpost to Easton College. The road to the College runs alongside the Norfolk Show Ground site leading to the Norwich Family Golf Centre on the right.
Pass the Norwich Family Golf Centre and at the T Junction turn right, then immediately left onto the main entrance.
Follow this drive to the bottom, signposted Sir Nicholas Bacon Centre and the Equestrian Centre is on the right hand side. Do NOT attempt to access via Marlingford Road or Bawburgh Road off Dereham Road.
Arena Walks – The indoor competition arena will be available for morning arena walks from (times TBC) on Tuesday 18 to Saturday 22 February. Access will not be available on Monday 17 February at any time.
Warm-Up Arena – The outdoor arena will be available for warm-up throughout the competition from Monday 17 February at 16.00hrs, however priority will be given to those competing that day if it should get busy.
Overnight Stabling – Stables are available from 17.30hrs on date of arrival to 17.00hrs on date of departure. Please make sure your stable is left mucked out and empty. If you are likely to arrive after 19.00hrs, please call to advise so we can ensure someone is available to book you in. The stables will be open from 16.00-19.00hrs only to all horses arriving on Monday 17 February, 2020. Stables are charged at £40/night/box.
Stable Bedding – We are unable to provide bedding, but all stables have full rubber matting and are located in either the American Barn complex of top stable block (all permanent). If you do not have room to bring feed/bedding with you, we recommend GJL Animal Feeds, our local supplier who can arrange delivery to us, however you must contact them prior to Saturday 9 February in order for them to organise this service. Their telephone number is 01328 851351.
Stable Deposit - £10.00 deposit per stable to be paid by cash on arrival, returned prior to leaving stable clean and inspected by Stable Manager.
Horse Passports – You should always travel your horse with its passport.
Electric Hook-Up in Machinery Lorry Park – This must be pre-booked & paid for at time of entry. We cannot guarantee any additional hook-up facilities will be available to anyone who has not booked in advance. Hook-up is charged at £20/night. If you have booked electric hook-up, please bring your own cable (maximum length 100m), as we do not have any on-site.
Catering – The Bacon Centre Café will be open during the competition (times TBC).
Biography Forms – Please either complete/return by email, alternatively blank copies will be available for you to complete at the competition. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for these to be processed on-site if you opt for the latter option.
Results – Scores and results will be available on a ‘live’ feed, generated as soon as each score sheet is calculated, enabling competitors to keep track of their position in the class, ‘on the move’.
Prize Giving – Prize giving for riders placed 1st – 10th in each class will be mounted and will take place within the Indoor Arena.
If you do not wish to take part ‘mounted’, please make sure the Secretary is aware of this prior to the prize giving ceremony.
Score sheets and plaques will be available from the café at the end of each class. Please see the prize giving timetable located in the cafe for further details.
Photographer – We have booked Fae Loudoun Photography to capture each test, they will be printing on-site from the café.

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Easton & Otley College. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Once a competitors entry has been accepted, it will be assumed that they intend to take part unless we are notified to the contrary (in writing). No refund of fees will be made to those withdrawing after the closing date. Fifty percent of entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received prior to the closing date.
