Bookham Riding Club Membership - The subscription is valid from 1st January 2019 until 31st December 2019.
Applications received after the 1st October will be valid until the end of the following year.
Please ensure separate membership form is completed and returned by email to Bookhamridingclub@gmail.com
Please note entries via RidingLife incur additional 60p/person to cover admin fees.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to BRC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

I agree to abide by the clubs constitution and rules (available on website)
It is a condition of membership that Bookham Riding Club members help at least once per year. Where junior members are too young to help, their parents are requested to help in their place.
Please note you can only represent one club in any one year and you must be a fully paid up member of Bookham Riding Club to be eligible. The owner of the horse(s) you ride when representing the club must also be a member of Bookham Riding Club (riding or non-riding member). Your horse(s) must also have an up-to-date flu vaccination passport. Each team member will be requested to make a contribution towards the entry fee for the qualifying classes.

Personal information that you supply to us may be used in a number of ways to facilitate your riding club membership. It should be noted that as we are affiliated to the British Horse Society as a British Riding Club, your personal information will be shared with them in order to fulfil your BRC membership benefits and they may share with associates for the purpose of fulfilling your full membership benefits i.e. insurance providers. We / BRC will automatically contact you about your membership: for example, to ensure you receive your membership benefits, to tell you about news, activities and events. This includes sending you a regular magazine, email updates, information on other membership benefits, and publishing competition times and results in the public domain.
