Entries Close: Wednesday prior to the event day. On the day entries will NOT be accepted
ALL odd number CLASSES WILL RUN AS SINGLE PHASE (one round with a set optimum time)
ALL even number CLASSES WILL RUN AS A TWO PHASE (this is one round but the “jump off” part of the course will be raised and timed)

Entries in advance only – online entries preferred. No telephone entries accepted.
No entries will be accepted without full payment. On the day entries may be accepted dependant ion class numbers.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to BEDE Events Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry Fee: £12 per class.

Rosettes will be awarded 1st – 6th in each class and prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st— 2nd (if over 10 starters) 3rd (if over 15 starters) 4th (if over 20 starters)

Please note if you attend ALL winter series dates you will be eligible to claim a season ticket to The Eventing Spring Carnival 2020.

CRASH HATS: must be worn with chin strap fastened at all times when mounted. Hats must comply with the BE Hat rules.
Horses must not have gained more than 20 BS points to be eligible to compete in classes 1 or 2.
Entries are limited and taken in order of receipt.
Any objections must be made within 15 minutes of completion of the class and accompanied by a deposit of £20.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes if there are insufficient entries.
Entry fees will be refunded if entry can be replaced by another competitor.
Horses / Ponies must be 4 years old or over.
LEGAL LIABILITY. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of the organiser, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses ,owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
