I have been a client of Equine Affairs and MSS for more than 15 years and have used their software to manage competitions and events at numerous venues within the South East which have included competitions, training clinics and lecture/demo's.  I have recommended this company and its software to many individuals and businesses and I am aware that in many instances, they have signed up and not looked back.  They offer a complete set-up from start to finish, ensuring online entries and bookings can be taken very quickly and can even design and create websites if required.

Your system is a godsend!
Since we started with you it has made our online entries system so much simpler and easier for us to use and the riders to use.
Being able to manage entries, first aid, stables, hook up, bedding and sundries all through one system is so much easier and of course your back up when I hit a 'I don't know' what I'm doing moment - your always on the end of the phone anytime day or night!  Amazes me when you reply at 10pm at night!.
A definite bonus is being able to use your system to do drawn orders/start lists for our BS shows and then just an easy export of the reg numbers for the judges to upload on the BS App.
As we are competitors to the system is easy to use and I much prefer to some of the others out there - on your system I can enter 20 horses in 5 minutes for a show!
Thanks again for all your support.

Equine Affairs has helped us to deliver a professional and rewarding experience for competitors of the British Showjumping National Championships  since 2016.
They provide us with a seamless, user-friendly system that simplifies event management. The saved information and data means competitors can enter quickly and easily, the added bonus of being mobile friendly means entries can be done from wherever you are!  From a secretary point the system makes set-up and amendments a breeze, providing tailored downloads to export any information you need effortlessly.
The customer service and 24/7 support offered by the team at Equine Affairs to events and their competitors is exceptional and a definite bonus.

My riding life is quick and easy to use for entries, the live feeds and results are easy to access and the software is easy to navigate from making the entry to taking payment.
Schedules are straightforward to add and the entries management system enables us to use our time effectively. The reports are easy to run and there is variety of report options to choose from.
The support service offered is super helpful and always very quick to respond. It is a very user friendly system for both competitors and Show Secretaries.

We have been using MSS for just over 2 years and it has really helped us scale up the business. We’ve gone from 5 clinics a month to 50 with minimum extra admin time required. We love having the calendar on our own website so our clients can find a clinic near them easily and enter direct from our site.
The support we receive is top notch, queries are answered within 24 hours, and usually much faster than that, which really helps when you’re trying to set up new venues.

Blue Lights Horse Shows have used MRL as our online entries systems for a number of years.
We find the entry system easy to follow for competitors and a particular strength for show coordinators is the cohesion offered to secretaries through the online My Show Secretary support platform. The show secretary support system allows an event to track and audit entries, revenue and be supplied with a range of documentation which provides significant time savings in administrative functions and show timetables.
Our particular praise of the business goes to its founders who always provide prompt and detailed attention to us and our events which run across multiple days and so can be complex to put together. We very much feel we enjoy both a personal service and a professional, positive relationship.
We look forward to further events using My Riding Life as our preferred online entry system
